Had a great time at the spa on a rainy day in Miami. Perfect way to relax and treat yourself. Had a nice lunch at the hotel restaurant and then spent the afternoon soaking in sauna rooms and the hot tub. The facilities were super clean and had all the amenities to shower and get ready for the rest of the day.

I had book 2 consecutive days of a premium cabana for a friend’s birthday and I couldn’t of been more happy with my choice. We were treated like VIP guests the entire time and daycation made the whole process extremely easy. I will definitely use daycation app a lot more often and they give you the best price because some people in the next cabana paid a lot more than I did for the exact same thing!

Nice amenities right on the beach. Pools are a tad small and the hot tub filled dup quickly on a cool day. The pool menu is somewhat limited. Overall a great place to waste a day, would certainly do it again.

What a great find! Our first use of daycation and it was exactly what we wanted. We booked the National hotel in south beach Miami for one day ahead of an international flight, it was just perfect. The staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate our every request. Would definitely go back to the National South Beach after the Daycation experience. Thank you!

Great deal and an incredible space! My wife and I got off a cruise and had a real late flight so we spent 8 amazing hours by the pool and walking they beach. It was definitely oversold and the beach chairs weren’t worth waiting in line to be crammed into a 50 yard space with 300 other strangers. But the pools are far and beyond worth it!

We just used the beach. Food was ok we got from bar but took FOReVER!! They need to have a changing room if they are going to offer Daycations.

Arrived with easy valet parking they text you a ticket on your phone.. simple check in at the spa desk. They validated my parking so I wouldn’t forget at the end. Had the complimentary drink there. Hit the beach where the attendants were nice and helpful and set up the chair and umbrella where you want. They give towels there too. Went back to the rooftop pool with the amazing view, attendants give you towels and set up the lounger. Went down to the restaurant where it’s a bit pricey but absolutely delicious. Finished the day with the spa amenities. They have showers, lockers, saunas, steam room and jacuzzi. All of the employees were so nice, helpful and had great positive attitudes. The facilities were so clean and well taken care of. You click the valet link when you’re ready to leave and they bring your car up. All together fabulous day! Such a great deal! Would definitely come back again!!!

Daycation was so easy to work with while I booked my day at the Eden Roc! The pools, spa, and beach are so delightful and we were greeted warmly. Valet parking is a breeze, and the food & drink is fabulous. 10/10 would recommend and will be back in the near future!! Thank you so much!

Had an amazing day!!! The cabana was perfect and so comfortable. It did rain while we were there but it still was a great time. Only thing is make sure your cabana is in a central spot as sometimes they try and push you far away even if better cabanas are available. We asked to move and they accommodated us and were very nice the whole day. . I recommend 10 for some reason the scale thing won’t move off 1.

Loved our experience there. Such an easy check in process. Was so nice to have something to do for the entire day. Daycation made it awesome for my girlfriends.

This was a great experience. The amenities were excellent and the staff was superb. The adult pool was not over crowded and we were able to get a cabana.

The Carillon is my new favorite place! This was my third time visiting and every time I booked through Daycation. The amenities at the Carillon are amazing and staff was extremely friendly. Will definitely be back again soon!

I booked this Daycation because I had several hours between disembarking a cruise and my flight home. I was a little nervous doing it online but was very happy that I did it! The hotel staff was great. They checked our bags right away and explained everything. We were a little early so we had to wait for service but they got us right to our Cabana so we could relax by the pool. The food was delish and we had a very relaxing time on our last day of vacation. I didn't want to leave! I would definitely book through Daycation again in the future.

Best day ever !!! From Chek Inn to check out everything was perfect it was a beautiful day the venue was gorgeous everyone treated us so nicely and the food was delicious I love this app Would definitely use again

Overall it was great! The only thing is that there was confusion at the bar for complimentary drinks. They spent like 10 minutes checking because at the check-in they put us the wrong wristbands. The other bad thing is that at the Spa they never offered us the complimentary mimosas. We had to hustle a bit, but it was a great experience.

Even with Covid-19. This place was a blast. They did what they could making sure the hotel wasn’t over capacity. The pool and amenities were clean. Staff was friendly. No complaints.

FB is one of my favorite hotels and I'm glad that I got to use Daycation to enjoy the cabana. Because of what's going on, all of the employees were super cautious with having masks on and checking temperatures upon arrival. Beautiful day and had an extremely fun time. The only thing I gave 3 stars to was the pool service, it was hard getting the pool girl's attention everytime we wanted to order food and drinks. But besides that, thank you once again daycation!

We had an amazing time at COMO Metropolitan! The hotel staff were extremely nice and the amenities were beautiful and clean. Because this hotel is a small boutique building in Mid Beach the pools are a little small, but that didn't affect our experience at all and we still had a great time. There are doing construction on the walkway from the hotel to the beach so you have to walk around to the public beach access. I would recommend to order food and drinks at the pools since it does take some time for the beach attendant to walk all the way around. Definitely would recommend this day pass!

Our cruise on Oasis of the Seas was canceled due to the virus. Therefore, we had to cancel our Daycation with you. You just processed a refund for us - hope to use your services again. I gave a 6 only because I had to make many phone calls - write an email to get our refund. But, I certainly hope to utilize your services in the future. Lots of nice places - just bad timing due to cancelation due to Covid. I am sure Lowes Miami Beach with that wonderful cabana would have been a 10 SO sad we could not go.

Súper nice hotel, the staff is very nice and polite. The pool are is super cute and the bar/ outside eating area has good food and good drinks. The beach is beautiful how all Miami Beach’s. I would definitely go again. I would just suggest that is doing Daycation to go early other then that i will definitely go again.

I booked a day pass with two friends and we had so much fun. The staff were all great and attentive. I will for sure be back. The only disappointing thing was no variety in food. We ordered hummus but it came very small. We would of loved to have hamburger and chicken wings. Other than that it was a great place with great vibe.

The Daycation Palace is my new favorite place! This was my third time visiting and every time I booked through Daycation. The amenities at the Daycation Palace are amazing and staff was extremely friendly. Will definitely be back again soon!

Furniture not comfortable. Hotel staff unaware of Daycation amenities Valet is RUDE and Daycation Is misleading about $25 valet fee. However Alexa was amazing and very helpful and professional. The beach is beautiful.

Daycation in this hotel include snacks every hour and we didn’t receive it. When we ask for, nobody Help us with that.

I greatly appreciated the service and amenities of the daycation. However, As a vegetarian there were few options on the menu that were affordable and healthy. Also the daycation marketing did not match the services offered in person (it said snacks would be included which they were not).

Had a much needed "girl day" and it was fabulous! The hotel was clean and beautiful, service was excellent both by the pool and beach. Great DAYCATION overall.

My husband and I enjoyed a lot our stay in this hotel. At the front desk, they could not find the reservation, and took them a little time to get it. They gave us a card as the resort day pass but the things included there differed from the package showed on the website. The good thing is that they offered us rental bikes (this was not listed in the package), but anything else was pretty much the same thing. Also, when we wanted to pay for the parking, it took them a long time to validate it. I think this is because not a lot of people reserve through this website. Overall we had a great experience.

This was exactly what we were looking for! A place to escape the hustle-bustle of Miami Beach a bit and to enjoy some relaxing water and sun. We very much enjoyed the day access for the quality of the pool, amazing service, and excellent food and drinks. Also loved the food credit equal to your day pass cost, it really felt more like a minimum, and their prices are reasonable for the area so even after several drinks and food we came in a little under. We will be back!

The amenities were great and the beach was really nice. The service was good until the beach got more crowded and they only had 1 server on the beach. Then it started to take a while. Other than that great experience.

Overall, we enjoyed the day pass at Royal Palm South Beach. The beach was beautiful and the lounge chairs were nice. We didn't spend much time at the pool because it was crowded and busy at the bar. Hotel seemed understaffed, because everything took a long time (ordering drinks on the beach, at the bar, waiting to check in/out at front desk, waiting for valet etc.).

It was relaxing, the food and drinks were great (Although the lunch item choices were limited). Our server was good. The only thing that we didn’t like was that we had three people in our party but there were only 2 chairs available which was fine, but we requested that they help us keep a lookout for another chair to move to the wide open space next to us after someone vacates it but they Said no, and didn’t want us to do it either, but we did it anyway. Overall a great day. My favorite hotel chain is Kimpton and I frequent the beach bar for lunch sometimes since I am a local.

COMO is a lovely hotel. Check-in at the front desk was very easy. The desk person was very nice and explained everything well. The Daycation at the COMO is a great deal because it includes a food credit. I had lunch at the hotel. The service was great. The menu is nothing special but it had good choices. The gazpacho was really good, the fish tacos just OK. At the beach is where things did not go as well. The attending person never brought the umbrella I requested and after I came back from lunch, she started scolding me for leaving my things on my chair. I explained to her that I was having lunch at the hotel and she kept scolding me. I had to remind her that I had paid for my chair but that did not stop her. Regardless, I would return to COMO because overall it was a positive experience.

Our overall experience was great. Easy check in for the day pass at the hotel. The staff was very kind and attentive, we felt like VIPs for the day. Would definitely recommend this Hotel for a relaxing day getaway, and would definitely use Daycation again.

The SLS was excellent. Staff was accommodating and covid precaution was taken all around. Pool was beautiful and food was delicious.

Hello only hiccup was at checking in they did not have our reservation in the system and had to wait while they called a manager over to try and sort out. Not sure how that is sorted out but we did it the night before so I would envision by following morning it’s in their system or I do get worried with booking a future package if the evening before because it was an uncomfortable situation with my family being there. I was able to show them the confirmation email and then they were able to show us to the cabana. Our cabana server was awesome and attendants at check in were as well but we weren’t able to get any towels for about 2 hours.

Enjoyed our Daycation at SLS but the service was not great. It didn’t ruin our day but they were very under staffed. Other than that, we loved it. Easy check in. Definitely would use Daycation again! Great concept and perfect for day trips!

I booked a Daycation for my Husband and I for Vday at the Metropolitan, I must say this was a great choice! The staff and service was amazing! The cleanliness of the place was great as well, everyone who we came across were very professional and friendly. Even valet staff! Our waitress Clinique was beyond amazing! She went the extra mile to make sure all of our needs were met! I would recommend the Daybed package, if you're booking! Great choice and views! Rooftop pool! And you get $150 voucher! Which is the same exact price of the booked package! This voucher goes towards, food and beverages! Great deal! Beverages includes alcoholic drinks as well! ***ONE thing I did not like, was the fact, all the daybeds had no coverings. They looked dirty and worn out, even the pillows had no coverings! We had bought our own towels, so we had to use one towel as a covering to lay on top of the daybed. And another towel to cover the pillows, our waitress did say she was going to do her best to accommodate us with coverings. Unfortunately she wasn't able to, also no towels were provided. They should keep that in mind for future guest. Towels and coverings for Daybeds!

Although initially told the day before by one Hyde Beach staff that day passes were not being accepted at the moment because hotel guests got priority (even though we had booked and paid), the hostess we then synced up with informed us not to worry and to show up the next day when we had our reservation. We had no issues checking the day of and the hostess did an amazing job of getting us situated with chairs, towels, drinks, etc throughout the day. The experience was totally worth it, my only caution that almost happened to us is what happens if the hotel/bar staff don’t honor the Daycation reservation once you’ve arrived? Regardless, for the price and experience we would highly recommend.

Great beach. Attentive chair and umbrella staff. One server for the whole beach is losing them money. 20% tip included on high prices is fine. Just add one more server and people will be much happier. Instructions from the front desk to the beach are vague and I got lost at the pool for a bit :)

Really regret not booking the whole week here a month ago before it sold out.... easily the best deal in town. No one else offers food credit with beach service 😩🥰 beach location is ideal, at the end of the hotels/beginning of condos so beach is so chill. Food was good and not too over priced. All the staff was super sweet and helpful already booked again for April, thank you!

I liked the experience and would do it again. However, I paid extra for a cavana and the hotel was trying to give me something less expensive. The site gave them the wrong information and were overbooked. Good thing that I made a statement with my email confirmation and was given the correct cavana. We wasted time there... instead of enjoying. So make sure they give you what you pay for!

I absolutely loved my daycation at COMO! The service was great too. I went to COMO twice during my solo stay in Miami and the beach servers remembered me and asked me how my vacation was going and were fully attentive throughout the day. You cant beat the offer they have of receiving food and drink credit for the value of the day pass, I wish all hotels did this! I wasn't really a fan of the food, but the Frozen Pina Colada was amazing so I cant complain!

We stayed on the beach for most of the time and had a great experience. The service was great and you could tell the staff was working extremely hard. Drinks and food were delicious. Pool area was okay.

This place was amazing! Such a good time & drinks were amazing. The only thing I would rate a 3 is that when you rent a cabana that already costs 300$ you have to spend a minimum of 200$ on food which honestly isn’t all that. Other than that, service was a great and the hotel itself was super cute!

Service at the Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel was exceptionally fast with all food, drinks, and any other necessities we needed. Beach was a short distance walk and we had access to all the amenities including the pool. Overall it was a wonderful experience that I would recommend to friends and family!

Friendly staff and nice laid back atmosphere. Food and drink was really good. Only issue was no dressing rooms, or couldn’t find them.

The team was great! I will note that our reservation didn’t make it to the hotel team from daycation but was honored once we showed our booking confirmation. Also, while I was happy with the service and simplicity of the online booking, I would suggest booking directly through the hotel. The chairs and towel service are $20/chair vs the $80/chair if you go directly through SLS.

Royal Palm was a perfect day at the beach and pool. The drinks and food were flavorful. We loved the tostones, the salads, the beach vibes and mark of distinction drinks. The chairs at both the pool and beach were comfortable. The best part of our stay was the service we received. Edwin took the best care of us at the beach. He was friendly, attentive, funny and made sure my friends and I had the best time. We moved onto the pool for the last two hours of our pass and also received great service from Manny. We will definitely come back because of the service!

I would seriously consider staying at the COMO the next time I return to Miami. It was a beautiful well renovated building with great amenities and service. The rooftop pool had a really great view and the main pool is equally gorgeous. The service was phenomenal.

I booked a beach pass but when I arrived I learned there was a wind advisory and umbrellas were unavailable. Fortunately the hotel was very accommodating and allowed me to switch to pool side.

The hotel is beautiful but unfortunately they were not bringing food to the beach anymore around 3pm and the drinks were not worth the price.

I love the place, the pool and the water park were amazing. Alejandro take care of us all day and he was awesome. The areas were super clean. We have so much fun and definitely going back soon.

This was a great experience. The staff was very helpful and the facility was clean. Check in was easy. The credit they give you for food and drinks was a good deal but keep in mind you still have to pay a service fee and taxes. Me and my daughters were easily able to get set up on the beach with chairs and a umbrella. You can’t beat this deal.

This is a really nice beach location. Easy valet parking, good food & bar. The pool was not luxury but for the price a good value.

Everything was great ! The hotel amenities were clean , the staff was beyond incredible and helpful. I didn’t want to leave it was incredible !

We were staying at a hotel that we weren’t impressed with so we decided to get a day pass at Como. Best decision. Pool is amazing. Beach chairs amazing. Service incredible. We paid $130 and got $108 to spend in food and drink. Ended up spending more because we loved it. Can’t rate this place any higher! Next vacay to Miami we’ll consider staying at Como.

Simply amazing!!! We enjoyed everything at Tidal Cove and look forward to returning. The staff were very attentive to our needs and despite the water park being busy, we received our food and beverages quickly.

It was better than expected! Check in was easy and quick, we had a nicely shaded area by the pool, which is very convenient specially when you’re bringing little ones with you. The poolside restaurant was great, food and service. Prices were reasonable. Direct access to the beach. You really can’t ask for more. Will definitely do it again!

Had a good time overall. We stayed by the beach the whole time. Would have liked to spend more time by the Pool area, but it was packed and not really super nice. The service was good. The food and drinks were good and not expensive.

The stay was amazing. I recommend getting there as early as possible so you can get the umbrella closest to the water! It's first come first serve! I also recommend the chicken tenders and fries + your favorite beach drink.

It was a family day at the pool. My granddaughter loves the water and we had a fabulous time! I will repeat the experience in September!

The rooftop pool was luxurious and so relaxing! It was a little difficult checking in since there weren’t any employees at the pool reception desk however that didn’t create any problems. The towels are incredibly soft and fluffy.

The staff member in particular was a bit rude, and I understand they are just trying to do their job and make sure all goes smooth, but they could've been more kind. Nonetheless, my overall experience was amazing and I am certainly planning on coming back.

The overall experience was great. I would like to have been able to use the pool as well as the beach, but there is no combination daycation pass for this at this property. Also, not once did someone come out to take a food or drink order on the beach, we had to instead order at the “bar” on the beach. I also would have preferred Apple Pay to work at the beach bar versus having to pull out my wallet. It worked for paying the valet. Lastly, a bottle of water provided upon arrival would be a nice touch. That Miami heat though… 🥵

Celebrated our anniversary at SLS South Beach and we truly had a great time. The staff was helpful and attendant. The environment was also very nice, not too crowded and they had good music playing at the pool.

This was our first time at this hotel, we purchased the day pass and we loved it, we mainly spent the day at the beach which was great, we also went for lunch at the Alligator Bar by the pool, it had a good selection of food and drinks and.................. prices were good ! So we will for sure come back again :-)

Our experience was great. Hotel was centrally located near restaurants and bars. Hotel was very clean. Efficient check in. Pool and beach were great. No problem getting pool chairs or beach chairs. Staff were all friendly and service oriented.

It was a great deal! The checkin process was very easy along with the parking. We were able to get a great spot on the beach also, would recommend !

Check in was smooth, beach was nice as well. The only thing was at the valet it took them over 20 minutes to bring my car back because they were helping other people who came in after I did. Very unprofessional.

Our Daycationn at Carillon was simply amazing. The property is huge and beautiful, we made sure we took advantage of nearly all the amenities offered! The staff were superb, friendly and attentive. We enjoyed drinks by the pool, a lovely bike ride down the boardwalk, and ended in the spa where there were so many cool/hot rooms to treat yourself to. Simply Amazing!

I had a great experience with our SLS Daycation pass. We had no issues getting in, amenities and expectations were clear, everything was a breeze!

We had THE best day! Very relaxing and friendly staff. However, ended up getting food poisoning that night from the lunch we had at the resort.

This was a good daycation, booked last minute and was glad I did. The staff could’ve been more attentive and food and drinks weren’t anything to write home about but the pool and beach amenities were worth it.

Wasn’t too sure about using this app but it was legit and worked great. Checked in at front desk in a few minutes. Have to leave ID at front desk. We opted to hang out at the beach. We got there around 11 and there were still chairs but it quickly filled up. I wish the beach servers would come around for service. We had to get up a lot of wave them over for drinks or food. It’s a short walk back over to pool area to access rest rooms. Pool area was hopping. Overall good experience and would recommend.

It was perfect. Check in was easy. There was a bathroom where I was able to change. There where two pools. A family pool and a adult only. I believe the pool was heated. I didn’t stay by the pool but went straight to the beach. We got pool chairs and an umbrella. We where able to order drinks and the service was quick. Everyone was very friendly. When checkin out they even offered us a room to use to shower and change. It was very comfortable and convenient!

Pretty nice pool with reasonably priced drinks. Pool towels and beach umbrella access included. Nothing crazy fancy, but it was fun and definitely worth it for the price.

The Carillon Miami Wellness Resort was lovely! The service at the hotel was amazing. We were flying to the airport later that night, so they let us safely store our luggage somewhere and pick it up at the end of the day. The spa amenities were fantastic. The pool was nice (more relaxing/quiet vibes rather than party vibes if that's what you're looking for), and the beach was great. You'll want to reserve seats at the beach pretty early.

There are many terrific things about our day action beginning with the warm welcome we received from the valet then in to the check in desk, out to the towel bar and at the drinks bar… drinks were yummy and VERY affordable.. pool and beach access second to none….me and my family will return often. It felt like a mini vacation!

This was an amazing spot for a Daycation for me and my friends. We had such a lovely time at the beach and the flexibility of the pool/beach combo suited our group. I would definitely recommend this location for an all day beach spot!

Hotel Riu was the perfect spot for a daycation! I’m a Miami native, but I rarely get to the beach so we booked a daycation when I had guests in town, and we had a wonderful time. We arrived around noon and there were still chairs at the beach, but not many by the pool. After an hour or so, the pool area cleared out and we were able to hang out by the pool as well. The hot was beautiful and service was great—totally worth the price for a great beach and pool day! We will be back!

Had an amazing time! Pool was a bit cool but checkin was so easy. Not rowdy at all, very classy place. There are kids, but there’s also a pool for adults.

We had an 8 hour wait for our flight back home after getting off a cruise. 20 minute ride from the port to the hotel. Check-in was quick and easy. They stored our luggage which was very convenient. We changed into our beach wear in the lobby restroom, grabbed some towels and headed to the beach! It was beautiful and relaxing! We even spent some time at the pool, had lunch and a yummy cocktail! We changed, checked out, and headed for the airport. It was a very nice morning and afternoon! Much better choice than sitting at the crazy airport with your face masked!!

this daycation was exactly what I needed.. the check in process was very quick and simple. the staff were wonderful, down to setting up the chairs on the beach, by the pool and food service. I will 100% do this again in the near future

It was great. The pool person did a fantastic job. She really worked hard. Just 2 things. 1. I paid for a day bed for 4 which included 2 lounge chairs. They did not honor that. They just gave me 2 lounge chairs, which were fine. That was not right. 2. It was kind of a pain to order your food from a take-out service. Everything else was great.

We had a fabulous time! Servers were constantly walking around and food and drink orders were quick. Extra friendly staff when checking in and the pool side attendant was on the ball the entire time.

The service was fantastic. The young woman who worked the pool area was a very attentive and hard worker. The only complaints I have were: 1. You have to ordered food from an outside vendor. Ordering by phone. Very inconvenient. 2. I had ordered a daybed for 4, which came with 2 lounge chairs. The manager told me the daybeds we're the lounge chairs, which I disagreed, since the contract didn't state that. I felt I overpayed for what I received. We enjoyed the lounge chairs, very much, but shouldn't have paid $200 for just 2 lounge chairs.

The food was delicious but a bit pricey. The only complaint I have is lack of access to decent water. Small cups were offered but not at a rate to keep my family hydrated. I wish we could have purchased larger water bottles or had a refill station.

It was such a lovely day, the pool was beautiful, with quick access to an even more beautiful beach. With service for drinks and food right at you free beach lounge chair and umbrella. Towels were very soft and easy to acquire. Will definitely be doing this again.

I booked a daycation to spend the day at the beach since the condo I was staying at already had a pool. Check-in was easy at the front desk, however there was only one person working the first time I went (on a Saturday) so there was a bit of a line which took a while. The second time i went (on a weekday) i walked right up to check-in, so depends what day and when you go. At the beach you have to check in with the attendants and they will take you to an open seat and set up your chair with towels, so no need to grab towels by the pool unless you want extra. Attendants were super nice and tried to accommodate where you wanted to sit based on availability. The front rows do fill up early, so you'll need to get there early if you want to try and sit close to the water. You can order food/drinks on the beach and servers will bring it to where you are sitting. The prices are fairly high and a service charge automatically gets added, so just be aware of that, but the food and drink quality was good. After the beach I enjoyed some time up by the hotel in what they call "The Backyard" which was very nice and relaxing to enjoy. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at The Confidante and would go back.

The Confidante was the perfect place to spend the day at their pools and the beach. The amenities were great and the service was friendly and quick. It couldn’t have been better.

My husband and I are only about a 1 hour flight from Miami and we flew in for the day and I’m so glad we booked daycation! We were able to check in a little early and got a key which gave us access to what we needed. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and it was definitely worth the money! They have a kids pool and an adult pool which was nice.

TJ was our attendant on duty. He provided great service. The cabana was perfect. It had a mini fridge and a safe for our personal items. Booking through this app was seamless and easy. I needed to change our date because of weather. It was the click of one button. 5 star!

Daycation app is great. The experience at SLS not so much . When we got there they told us that maybe there was no more beach chair because they always over book. We also had our money stolen from the Valet. We spoke with the valet manager but he only offered us free valet parking if you ever go back. Which I didn’t accept .

Amazing!!! We landed in Miami after our cruise and went directly to the hotel. The staff were all amazing. The amenities were great! Went with my husband and 3 daughters. We spent from 10am to 9pm there. Our plane didn’t depart until 1030. The hotel gave us a room to shower and dress. I will most definitely go back!!!

We did a cruise and when we return we had 8 hours before needing to head to the airport. It was a great place to spend a few hours. Loved the access to the beach and service food and drinks. Only problem there was not enough pool lounge chairs to lay on had to share 2 chairs for the 4 of us.

Service and space were excellent! We had a late flight out of Miami, so we checked out of our hotel and sat poolside for hours. They let us store our luggage AND even had a hospitality suite where we could shower and change before departing to the airport. They have a pretty decent food and drink menu, prices are comparable to everywhere else, but the food was much better than we experienced elsewhere. The vibe of the pool goers was fantastic too, and you always have access to the beach. They have a family pool and adults pool, so we didn’t have to deal with kids. Do yourself a favor and don’t bring kids to south beach. TJ gave outstanding service throughout our day there and he was the only person in Miami to tell us that those ungodly service charges included gratuity. Just because of that, we gave him a cash tip on the side. Honestly, this was the best thing we did in Miami. And using daycation was super simple and accurate of the hotels offerings. Highly recommend and would do it again.

Excellent service! We were a large group and the team at confidante made it a smooth experience. From check in to getting set up at our bungalow, everyone was super nice and friendly. Huge shout out to G, our server, he was incredible and handled our large group so well.

The service was impeccable even on a busy day like Mother's day. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and that everything was to our liking. The atmosphere was very inviting since there was a DJ playing throughout the afternoon. Would highly recommend!

I had a great time using the spa Daycation yesterday l. The only downside was that massages was sold out. We did have a moment to visit the pool area. The bartender at the pool was amazing. However, his supervisor was awful. He kept pushing him to shut the bar down early.

Everything was great. At the beach hut you get two towels and brought over to your chairs. You can order drinks and food to your chair. When the rain came we went into the pool area. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Would definitely go back.

Quickly got out wristbands and went to the restaurant.. the food took forever, but was the best eggs Benedict I’ve ever had (I’ve had a lot)… then we went to the pool to catch some shady seats! Beach looked good so we checked in and got our two chairs there also! This place is beautiful.

LaDonna was absolutely a blast to have as our server! She was very friendly and made me and my girls feel like Rockstar's the whole time we were there. That new spin on a Green Tea shot was delicious and now I have to have people in Washington state get on that haha! The cabana was awesome and was above and beyond our expectations, overall a great experience! I would just have a little more snack food for pool people instead of eating something heavy but other then that it was lovely

I booked a Daycation at Isla Bella for a must needed R&R time. It was absolutely wonderful, beautiful premises, clean, gorgeous pool area, relaxing music and atmosphere. Excellent service provided by Anna at the pool bar and Jay the poolside server. The girls at the reception (sorry didn’t get their names) were also very attentive and helpful. Delicious food and drinks, will definitely visit again! Highly recommend this Resort, thank you!

This resort was amazing. Not only was the staff friendly, but the hotel itself was simply stunning. I highly recommend this place, as well as Daycation!

It was fabulous! The cabana booking with the credit for food and drinks is the best deal you can get on a daycation. The cabana came with complimentary a fruit plate and water. The service was awesome albeit a little slow at times, but that's because it was really busy. Just be sure to order things a little in advance and you'll be fine. It was super hot and humid in the cabana too so it might be nice to have some fans or a mister, but if you go by the beach the breeze is wonderful. There's also a courtesy suite where you can shower and get changed, but it's on a first come first served basis so keep that in mind if you have a plane to catch. Overall I loved my stay here and will definitely be coming back!

Lightning and Raining all day...wrote to STAYCATION several times and no one responded. I booked at 11:00 pm the night before and by the next day at 5am I tried to cancel and the system kept stating that something went wrong. I tried several times and even wrote to STAYCATION and no answers yet.

I was unable to reach Daycation this morning to reschedule and put a new date. Tried calling leaving voicemail and texting support at 8 am. Unacceptable and unfair. Would not recommend to anyone due to poor customer service.

The staff is truly amazing! Nick came by several times to check on me and to make sure I had everything I needed. The pool is beautiful! This was everything I needed it to be. It was a wonderfully relaxing day by the pool, with good food, and better drinks. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Novelia in the valet area was fantastic! She was helpful and immediately made me feel welcomed. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because I felt like nothing was explained to me. We checked in and they said have a great day. I didn’t know how to get the bikes or where the pool was. I even got lost looking for the womens restroom and helped another woman who looked lost find it. I just wish it was explained a little better. Everyone was really great though.

Extremely easy check in process - took about 10 seconds. Had full access to the pool and to their beach access including chairs, towels, sunscreen, water, etc.

We had a fabulous time! The cabana, pool, beach access, service, and hotel itself were exactly as described. The hotel has a great vibe, and the amenities were just what we wanted after a cruise and before a late flight. Check-in was a breeze, and the friendly staff were knowledgeable about the Daycation reservation. With the food/beverage credit, included extras, and everything the hotel offers, I can’t imagine a better value, particularly at such a nice property.

The hotel staff were top notch! The pool was warm and had a great vibe. The ocean was so close and the beach was set up with chairs and umbrellas, so nice! We even got a round of corn hole in. Our cabana was lovely and very comfortable. G our host was the best! From the bellman to the front desk team all so nice and inviting! For sure would book again!!!

While service started out slow upon our arrival, once our attendants arrived the service was very good. Our bungalow for the day was very convenient and came with a food and beverage credit. The furniture in the bungalow was in pretty bad shape, but we did enjoy the space, pools and proximity to the beach. Great atmosphere for families and singles with music. Loved the hospitality suite for a quick shower and change before our flight.

They have everything you could ever want in a spa, aside from a cold plunge. With a cold plunge would be 10/10.

We had a great "Daycation" at Hotel Riu. Check in/out were easy. They held our luggage, and we always could access the luggage if needed. Only one towel per person allowed. The pool was great with enough shaded areas to stay out of the sun. The beach was nice too, although not a really great "beach" (not the hotel's fault). We walked about 2 miles on the beach. There's a nice walkway between the hotel and beach to walk and ride bikes. The hotel next door offered nicer cushioned chairs, but the Hotel Riu's chairs and umbrellas were fine. We didn't eat at the hotel -- we walked up to 40th to meet new friends from our cruise at Piola's for delicious pizza, salad and Tiramisu. No real changing area with a shower (I may have thought there was one when we booked but could be mistaken). We changed in the lobby bathrooms.

I liked the hotel it was okay, not the best one either, take in mind that I paid for a day pass and has to pay por the chair as well at the beach and the umbrellas, so honestly for that price i rather choose other hotel.

This was an excellent day away! The staff treated us as valued guests! We enjoyed the pool and the atmosphere at the 2 pools including nice music that was not too loud. It was easy to get service for drinks and food from the pool wait staff. The bar and restaurant opens at noon. We got towels easily and turned them in for fresh ones when they were wet. The beach was gorgeous and busy yet there was still chairs available. We took advantage of bike rentals included and toured along the board walk. It was great!! They kept our bags for us while we went biking. All at no additional charge. Parking is valet parking at only 25% of the regular price. Excellent deal and they took good care of my car. The guests I highly recommend this resort and would go back again!!

The hotel was beautiful and clean, the pool was great and there were plenty of chairs. The beach with chairs and umbrellas available was even better. The staff treated us very well and there was a nice cafe for lunch out by the pool.

everythin was good, except the check in. The receptionist was notable totell us where to store our luggage, and we had to "chase" someone to fix it, we ended up havingthe luggage by the sunbed at the pool. She did not give us any info about the wifi password, and neither any info about where the gym was.

Am absolutely exceptional day. We were created by Angelo at the door and he was amazing. We have 3 kids between 4 and 6 years old he was so kind with them. He wanted us to have the best experience and we did. Thank you Angelo. We also had Ricardo take care of us for a bit and he was extremely kind as well. Overall amenities were great but most importantly staff was amazing. We would definitely go back

We loved our daycation at the Carillon. It’s rare that my fiancé and I are able to take time to just relax. We are the type of travelers that are typically on the go but we knew that we needed to slow down this time. We were treated so well and very much enjoyed the spa and the beach. The beach staff were truly amazing and so kind! I guess my only feedback to be aware of is that there is not great diversity in terms of race and class in clientele, which is something to be aware of. Otherwise, we had a very relaxing day that we thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you!

Checking in was ridiculous and the front desk people were not happy or friendly. We shouldn’t have to stand in a 30 minute line w people checking into the hotel with all their luggage, just to show our Daycation pass. A QR code and kiosk should be implemented similar to airport flight checkin where we scan our ID and get the bracelets. Or have the checkin by the pool where you turn in the card anyway for the towel. Other than that, and only 1 person at a time at outdoor bathroom - ….we had fun. The staff on the beach are fun and friendly!

We had a great day relaxing before our evening flight to go home from a cruise vacation. The entire experience was seamless and perfect. Food was great. Venue was amazing.

They only showers available to us were cold outdoor showers. There is only one bathroom outside to change in. The pool itself is clean and there’s easy access to the beach. The staff acted as if we were second class citizens for having a day pass. The food in the outdoor bar was very expensive and not good.

Check in was quick. can't remember front desk gentleman but he was so pleasant. Hotel was beautiful. Nice beach towels. There could have been more chairs and umbrellas on beach. we did not arrive till almost 11 and we got the last 2 chairs on the beach. We moved over to the "beach" area under palm trees by pool. Very nice. We did have 2 drinks each from the bar. There were waiters around pool ( and you could order food and drink at the beach) I had probably the best mojito I have ever had!!! Yum!! I would absolutely do daycation again. I had looked into it before to use on a cruise. I will spread the word on this service. Such a great option to do between cruise and check in at airport hotel.

To check in for our day passes, we entered through the hotel's restaurant, Morini to find the front desk. The agent checked us in with no hassle, gave us our key cards and we also saw that they offered bike rentals. The key cards gave us access to the elevator which led us up to the rooftop deck. There we found a nice bar area, plenty of open loungers, their crystal clear rooftop pool, a few cabanas, and endless rooftop views! Taking a walk around the rooftop deck, we found various colorful, chic patio furnishings to lounge and chat on. There was also a green space perfect for yoga. Everywhere you look, you are surrounded by 360 city views. We enjoyed our time by the pool in one of the cabanas, which are first come, first serve and got to dip our toes in the water. The rooftop wasn't crowded and everyone was in their own world enjoying themselves. The Kimpton Palomar is definitely the spot if you're looking for an upscale, yet peaceful environment to lounge, read, chat or just to take in the beautiful rooftop views. We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary wine tasting in the lobby which was a nice added bonus to our daycation.

Place is amazing! Great atmosphere, clean facilities, not too crowded, direct beach access, free towels and pool access. Everyone super friendly! Food/drink service sometimes took a little long but that was the most minimal detail compared to how great everything else was. Went back next day again because we loved it so much! Would 100% return!

Pure bliss, I took my mother for her birthday and we stayed all day. It truly was a wonderful staycation. The staff at the Carillon were lovely and the Daycation website/app made the whole process so smooth and easy. I can't wait to use it again soon!

We had a wonderful experience at the Riu. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great. The restaurant staff was very accommodating when guests rushed inside to get out of the rain. We ordered some drinks and had an amazing caprese sandwich. Service was great all around. I would definitely return!

We had a great afternoon at the pool and beach waiting for our evening flight. Only thing that would have made it better would have been showers to use before we had to head to the airport.

I enjoyed my stay. I would come here again because the view was amazing. There were little to no food options and only a few drink options. The staff was wonderful kind and helpful.

Check in was a breeze. Staff was very friendly and attentive. We had a wonderfully relaxing day by the pool and even took a walk on the beach (which is close and easily accessible). It was great to have the cabana for changing, bathroom breaks, and being able to shower before heading to the airport for our flight. The food was good. The menu is a bit limited but we were able to find something, no problem. The drink selection was solid, except oddly for the south, they didn’t have iced tea. Overall highly recommend this experience.

it’s was nice!!! i would definitely recommend but the only thing i had a problem with was how packed it was in the morning which was expected because it’s the summer… it was kinda hard to find a sit because it’s first come first served at the beach and buy the pool but as soon as afternoon came it was a little more seats available.

My niece, nephew and I had an amazing time! It was so relaxing, the staff was so friendly and the atmosphere was wonderful! I'm excited to return with my mom next time!

Shelborne has a 10, excellent service & food. I’ll give a 2 to the Daycation platform since they posted false info. The bungalow does not have AC. I changed my initial reservation because this one was supposed to.

We had an amazing 4th July on a daybed at the beach! We loved the prosecco and that you can order food and drinks to the bed. Huge shoutout to all the staff working that day – they were super kind and attentive, even though it was so hot!

It was nice to get to use the facilities, the pass was for Arkadia day club, but that is just one area within the many pools. It is a bit of a walk to the pool, you need to go across the hotel lobby, outside, down the stairs, and then to the pool check in. The staff was nice (Lucy was great!) and the hotel was professional and clean. I will go again but likely book a cabana or daybed and stay for the whole day! Thanks Daycation!

We did the beach day pass. Everything was smooth and we enjoyed our time on the beach. Valet park for $25. Hotel has day party and pool as well. The margritas were good!!!

Tidal cove was great. The splash pad/pool was my 3 year olds favorite spot. The only downside is that the pool chairs were hard to get. But We’ll definitely go back again.

The Cabana was amazing! It was almost a small apartment and had a bathroom, and TV. The DJ was solid. Access to the beach was awesome. Towel service was available, but ran short into the evening. Better to reserve by phone and do the food and bev minimum than pay for the cabana here and THEN buy good etc.

Nice place to spend a day cabana not well ventilated, and it gets very hot. The best thing about its that you get most of your rental money back in food and beverage credit which is great.

Absolutely enjoyed my time . Just wish that the adult pool was strictly for adults had a child there splashing water. Drinks were great, food was hot and tasty absolutely loved it. Plenty of seating and on a hot day drinks were nice and cold , just really enjoyed a peaceful day where my husband and I celebrated our anniversary.

Most luxurious water park I’ve ever been. Great facilities and relaxing service with food and drinks delivered straight to your sunbed. Daycation was an excellent find, saved me a lot of money, and the booking was super easy, will definitely use again!

Our day began with an easy valet parking experience, and friendly greeting at the door. We were then kindly checked in and directed to the pool area. It was clean, bright and well appointed! Towels and complimentary water were set out for all to enjoy. We found a great spot near shade with our family of 4. We settled down, and then went to the beach. We enjoyed a wonderful swim in the ocean, walk and then back to the pool for books and lunch. We had a wonderful lunch with delicious poolside drinks, all served by the convivial but professional Sir G. Could not recommend it higher! Worth every Penny!

Beverages, food, chairs, towels, restrooms, showers, etc. The pool area is small but well maintained, the services is really good and the staff is always nice and willing to help you with anything you might need. Did it for a day after our cruise because our flight was at night. It was easy to do, affordable and a great pool/beach. They also helped with holding our luggage as we spent the day soaking up the sun. We Would consider either doing it again or even booking a room with the hotel because of how nice it was.

Our cruise was redirected to Miami which we were excited about and getting the daycation to Fountainblue was amazing. We loved that we got chairs and towels and the service was incredible.

Carillon Miami owes me nothing. From the staff to the grounds everything was was wonderful. So many details that were thought of in the spa, and I felt more secure knowing that the beach was private access. The only thing I would suggest (and maybe this happens most of the time but it didn't for me) is that a tour of the spa and it's features are given to each new guest. I had to explore and learn by watching others.

Carillon Miami owes me nothing! From the staff to the property, I was very pleased. The spa had all of the things you would expect, and then some- like the machine that spins your bathing suit to eliminate excess water and bags to place your suit in afterward. The beach was very clean and private. Needing card access made me feel more safe with leaving my phone at and bag at my chair while I was in the water. I went on a Wednesday so it wasn't crowded and it allowed food and drink orders to come out quickly. The food on the beach was surprisingly good too! The one thing I wish is that I'd been given a tour of the spa and it's features. I was left to find and figure things out on my own or by watching others. I was shown to my locker but that was it.

Great experience! Super friendly staff, plenty of pool chairs, gorgeous art at the hotel! Heads up that you do have to pay for beach chairs and umbrellas but they were more than happy to give up beach towels to hang out on! Ordered lunch poolside and it was quickly delivered and was delicious. Overall, a great way to spend a few hours between a cruise and a later flight!

Staff was very courteous and made the experience enjoyable for me and my family. We enjoyed time at the pool and spent the a couple hours at the beach as well. The drinks were delicious and the waiters made sure we had everything we needed. Valet was quick and easy.

We used this after getting off a cruise ship during the day - we had a night-time flight home. Be sure to note there is NO changing room or shower available. Also, the valet service tried to get a commission by reserving one of their "kick back" overpriced car services to the airport, so plan reserve your own Uber or taxi to save yourself the money!

Great location (on beach) access, and staff friendly. Check in was fast and hotel is nice. Everything we needed for a great day! Best to note, that most parking garages clearance is 6' 2". If you have a 1-ton truck, will need to catch an uber. The ground parking were all full.

The heated pool and beach access were great. The number of poolside chairs were limited so we needed to wait for some. There was only one changing area unless you were able to use a bathroom stall.

My husband and I booked this for Valentine's Day. We had a great time! The beach was nice, the pool was heated and felt great, and the food at the poolside bar was really tasty and reasonably priced. Checking in and out at the desk was a breeze. We would definitely do it again and highly recommend!

We needed something to do between disembarking our cruise ship in the morning and a late flight home. This seemed like a great way to unwind from all the adventure and excitement before returning to daily life and we were correct. The Carillon stored our luggage, provided lockers and changing areas in the spa, and we hit the private beach which was a little crowded but no bad views. Workers did their best to get your chair, table, and umbrella in the best location possible, relocating you as front row views opened up. Waiters took your food and drink order and delivered it right to your chair. Saunas, hot tubs, igloo, and rain showers of the spa are separate for men and women. Other areas are mixed. Massage therapist was excellent. This was a wonderful experience that I look forward to booking again the next time we find ourselves in Miami.

This was a really enjoyable day. We arrived from a cruise and had a late flight out so this was a perfect way to spend our day in Miami. The only issue we had was the daycation was advertised as “all-inclusive” and it was not. We had access to the pool, towels, and beach, but the food and drinks were an extra charge. We assumed the $115 for the day cation would be the total, but we spent an additional $100 on drinks and lunch. Overall, it was a great experience, but should probably make it clear what customers are paying for when they purchase the all-inclusive package.

This dacation location was amazing! The staff were wonderful and the service was amazing. If you have time to kill before your flight, this is the place to do it! This daycation is just on the other side of the boardwalk. There are so many shady spots beneath the palms to relax so you don't need to bake in the sun. They store your luggage in a locked room for the day. There are drinks and a full menu available and bathrooms are available behind the bar, no need to go back inside in your swim suit.

Having the ability to have access to both pool side and beach side it incredible I was there from 10-5 on the beach with a lay beach chair and beach umbrella! All day. The attendance were great and the ocean was such a sight. Will definitely do it again

Very good for a long layover in Miami ! A lot of kids in the pool but the beach set up is great. Staff is very friendly and caring. There’s a few restaurants around and you’re relatively close to everything.

It was an amazing day! I found the daycation site late during my stay in Miami but it gave me one of my best days. My husband, baby and I had a great time lounging by the pool and swimming that we didn’t even bother going to the beach. It was a serene environment. The food and drinks by the pool were also very affordable and nice. Totally recommend Hotel Riu especially because the price is more affordable than other hotels on the same stretch of the beach.

Have done a couple of resort day passes at south beach and this had been the best one. Check in and out was seamless, the staff were all extremely friendly, pool and beach access were excellent and the stretch of ocean front the resort has is all white sand with clear waters and great beach chairs with umbrellas. Ate lunch at the alligator restaurant, food and drinks were delicious and not at outrageous south beach prices. Day pass price has also been the best priced one I’ve seen on south beach. Definitely highly recommend and will be going back next time I’m in Miami!
