We had the day pass to the Spa pools. There are 2 mineral pools: one warm and one semi-warm. We ordered food and drink from the pool attendant- good quality and service. Recommend arriving before noon to get your pick of lounge chairs. Highly recommend!

Wonderful, relaxing day at the fairmont mineral pools that are warm for this fall weather. Staff was very attentive and took note of the special occasion. Employees and guest followed mask rules.

It was very peaceful calming and relaxing day experience! I’m local a s felt like I traveled far away to a happy Mediterranean spa.

Our time at this resort was exactly what we needed and exceeded our expectations. The spa pool was so relaxing and beautiful, a jacuzzi close by, an older crowd and had poolside food and drink service. There were chairs and an umbrella reserved for us for when we got there and a huge property to explore. Such a gorgeous place and might I mention that the pools are mineral pools and leave your skin soft and feeling so refreshed. Will be coming back for sure.

The wait staff gave my credit card to another guest, had us wait 45 mins to "see what's going on" -- with no communication, so we simply waited and assumed that someone was working on it (?). When I requested that, once cc was retrieved, they send to my hotel -- they resisted (as if it were an inconvenience?). There was no urgency to solving the issue, very little apology and no leadership or directionality from the F&B manager or waitstaff. Poor service from that pov. At $400 for the day, we had expected more. We won't go out of our way to return, nor recommend the experience to others.

Everyone was so kind and the facility was pleasant. Had a lovely day by the pool. The spa food selection was limited and pricey for what it was.

It was an amazing day. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and the addition of the guitar player was an added bonus. Highly recommend it.

Your website is a scam Viejas does not allow outside guests to purchase passes to the pool. We were mot allowed to enter. It ruined our entire day, that you sell fake day passes that are not valid.
