The wait staff gave my credit card to another guest, had us wait 45 mins to "see what's going on" -- with no communication, so we simply waited and assumed that someone was working on it (?). When I requested that, once cc was retrieved, they send to my hotel -- they resisted (as if it were an inconvenience?). There was no urgency to solving the issue, very little apology and no leadership or directionality from the F&B manager or waitstaff. Poor service from that pov. At $400 for the day, we had expected more. We won't go out of our way to return, nor recommend the experience to others.
